Hi Max,
Are you manually adding the modules or auto-detecting? Here are several things to try, in order of how long they will take (from shortest to longest).
1. Double check the connection to your SCXI-1349 and disconnect/reconnect the cable. Ensure the correct IP on your chassis.
2. Try powering off the SCXI chassis, deleting all SCXI hardware in MAX, restarting MAX, and then powering on your chassis again. Sometimes just allowing MAX to repopulate the hardware fixes the issue.
3. You can also try a repair install of the driver or a complete uninstall/reinstall of the driver.
