The other error it outputs is Old VISA found? I tried reintlizin the whole set of VI's but it didn't work

Hi,

Error 0xBFFF072 is not a valid VISA error. I assume you meant 0xBFFF0072, which means:

"VISA: (Hex 0xBFFF0072) The resource is valid, but VISA cannot currently access it."
