Problem to compile driver for NI-488.2 under SUSE 9.0

I want to install the nigpib-linux-0.8.6 driver for the NI-488.2 card.

But during the installation process the compiler tell me an error in ib_linux.c line 419.

'missing binary operator befor token "("'.

The line is: #if (HZ >=10)

I can't find the definition of HZ in any file.

My kernel is 2.4.21-99.
