We've written a test application which uses the GPIB-32.OBJ file for access to the GPIB driver. I'd like to know if there are any conditions on distributing my application to a customer, given that I don't redistribute the driver and require that they purchace the card and driver software. Our NI representive said this is not a problem, that we can include GPIB-32.OBJ in our application and sell it, but I need to present a written notice of this to our legal department for distribution and export compliance.
