You may get a better response posting to the VeriStand Board. What is happening here is Veristand is enccountering a problem while deploying the project. Veristand is simply passing along the error it recieved from VISA because something is not right with the VeriStand Project. I know its painful and obfuscated to troubleshoot problems like this.
An Analogy would be something like calling your Dr. and saying "Every time I try to walk my face hurts." The Dr. might ask a lot of questions without ever considering to ask the important one that would reveal the root cause "Did you just cut off one of your feet?" The answer is self explainitory then--- attempting to walk results in you falling on your face.
