Was the other card you tried also a National Instruments PCMCIA-232/2 that worked, or was it a completely different PCMCIA card? If it is the same card, your original card probably needs repair. If not, you can try the PCMCIA card in a different system to test the card itself. If you think you need to send the card in for repair, you can contact the Applications Engineers to arrange it.

it's an Nationanl Instruments PCMCIA-232/2 card. I think i need to send the card for repair.
