 NI usb-GPIB hs cannot connect to agilent benchlink SW but ICS-usb GPIB can?

 NI usb-GPIB hs is seen in MAX. Can connect to AG34970 ADDRESS 10

CANNOT add interface in  agilent benchlink SW

Can do this with competor -- ICS usb-gpib??

Help  is solution to buy competitor ICS?  they are cheaper

Hey BRIANA123,

Have you downloaded the device drivers for your Agilent device?  It looks like the model number on your Agilent device is 34970. If this is right, you will want to download the drivers on this link.

If that is not the model number that you are using, you can search for other Device Drivers on the National Instruments Instrument Driver Network.
