.NET x86 NiFgen Exception

I have the exception produced by function RouteSignalOut

Error Message:

Instrument error detected.  Call the PREFIX_error_query function and examine the error code and error message parameters for additional information regarding the error.
 
Invalid attribute.

Curious is that it produced only in x86 target and only in our production software. Short sample (and x64 target of production software) working fine - generated wave and marker output.

The first question: what is NET equivalent  for "PREFIX_error_query"?

What is your recomendation for searching such an error?

Thanks for the answer, I have solved the problem by changing existing NI Fgen wrapper
