Dear all,
Here is the Labview program I made for running test from the frequency list. It works just fine in my computer. Hopefully, it's helpful for other people.

Hi!
I do CV measurements via USB port with agilent LCR meter, I am using Delphi.
You can change a number of points and all other parameters on demand
I have a progrming example in Delphi 7 via USB port. It is very easy.
Also I have a programming example for HAMEG 8118 LCR meter via USB port.
The HAMEG 8118 LCR meter is 9 times less expensive than agilent LCR meter.
Addidionaly the HAMEG 8118 LCR is more than enogh for CV measurements.
If you are interested I can send programing example for HAMEG 8118 LCR also.
my email bod_7 AT yahoo DOT com
Please write LCR in the subject...
Cheers,
bob

I am wondering if you could send me Control 1.ctl for operating this program.

I am having the same issues as most of the posters here, that the example VI in the library at NI's website simply does not do a frequency sweep.
I posted a fix here:
https://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-42892
The modified example properly does a sweep (in the LCR meter, not LabVIEW) and returns the results.

Hi Guys!
Labview is not a program. It is program of programs, that DOES NOT MAKE YOU INTEPENDENT. You alsways depend on 'drivers' that you do not control and understand! Thea is why sometimes it does not work, sometimes it does ;(
Do you remember 'pascal' from the school? It is easy! I have programing examples and projects that work with all LCR meters!
And even more.... write me and I can send you an example that you will able to mofify!
