Keithley 2601 & Labview

I have Keithley 2601 and I am using attached example vi from NI. But I am getting error 1073807339, and instrument doesn't go into remote state.

Any help in this regard would be  very much appreciated.

Are you certain that your hardware connection is correct?  Can you communicate with the instrument with NI-Max?

Try running this simple vi to communicate with the instrument.The other case '-1' passes the inputs right on through to the outputs.  Enter into the write buffer:

*IDN?\n

 See what response the instrument gives.  The response should begin with 'Keithley..."
