Hello.
IVI Class drivers support an entire class of instruments. Currently there are class drivers for DC Power Supplies, DMM's, Oscilloscopes, etc. I don't think this is what you are looking for. You may mean that you are looking for an IVI-Compliant driver for your device, which would make sense.
A large library of instrument drivers can be found at www.ni.com/idnet, but I did not find a driver for your specific 560 device. Your options are either to write your own driver (you can use the other Stanford Research drivers on the IDNet site as a starting point) or to contact the manufacturer to see if they know of any instrument drivers.
