I am using a IEEE-488 GPIB connection to a keithley 2400

I am using a IEEE-488 GPIB connection to a keithley 2400. I am recieving an error -111 a header seperator error and a -113 undefined header. I need to know how to fix this and setup this keithley with a working probe station. I am new to labview and am using an old code which I have attached below any info on trouble shooting the block diagram would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Why are you using old code? Go to Help>Find Instrument Drivers. Follow the directions.
