Hi Andrei,

Unfortunately CVI for SUN does not include a distribution kit packager for your applications. What I would suggest is to find a 3rd party packager and include the executable as well as the shared libraries that are part of the runtime engine. This list of files should be documented somewhere either in the runtime or when you installed CVI. I would first look on your machine to see if you can find that list of files. Then, just add those files to the package and you'll be set. Hope this helps!

Thank you,

Please, provide me with more details on the CVI SUN runtime. Where is it located (by default), how to update links on the target machine, etc.

Thank you

Hi Andrei,

I would go look in the CVI Programmer's Reference Manual on page 109 of 211, which explains how to distribute standalone executables under Solaris 2 or Solaris 1. Hope this helps!
