GPIB Analyzer missing card error but trouble wizard OK and GPIB+ card installed

I have a new PCI/GPIB+ card in my PC. The card worked properly for some days, the Analyzer worked also. After a Windows XP crash, there is no more communication over this card possible. Windows and MAX recognise the card, the trouble shooting wizzard shows an OK result. The GPIB Analyzer shows a missing GPIB+ card error. I re-installed the driver software and re-bootet the PC, but there is no success.

I would recomend to first remove the card (after shutting down the computer), then deinstall the driver, reinstall the latest version, shut-down the computer, and plug in the board into a different slot, and reboot. Hopefully it will work again afterwards.

Thanks, it works now again... 🙂 It looked really like defective hardware.
Sometimes I think, my new PC under XP is less stable than my old one under Win98SE...
