Instrument Control (GPIB, Serial, VISA, IVI)

Hallo every body

I would to use rs232 to connect my GPS module , actually I need to send configuration of GPS and receive the data using the same port, so what I start to do is to use the example for the labview (because I'm not so good to use labview) and there is error message appear(in the attachment) I couldn't find any solution for that ??? Any body can help me please

I forgot to say I use USB to serial cable Cuase I don't have this port in my labtop

Did you do a search for that error code? Just install NI-VISA and that error will go away.

Thanks my friend it's solved actually I had installed NI serial but after installing NI visa as you recommend it's working without any error.
