Can't get interface working on XP

Upgraded to XP from 98SE and GPIB interface is no longer working. Everything works fine on machine with 98SE, but under XP is passes the first two steps on the troubleshooter, but fails the interface check says not configured correctly. Removed all software, card and deleted all registry entries referring to the device then installed software, turned off machine, inserted card, rebooted and went through diagnostics with same result. Attached two exports from my registry if that helps.

- Make sure you have at Win XP service pack 1 installed.

- Try using IBIC to test communication with a device.

- Did you use an upgrade kit or did you do a fresh install of XP? Upgrade kits work ok for most programs but can cause conflicts for hardware drivers.
