Hello,
I'm using an Agilent N9320A Spectrum Analyzer (User's Guide).
When I served it the screen doesn't turn on. I have to press on the Standby Switch so that it goes out of his sleep mode.
Nevertheless, on other Spectrum Analyser I do not need to make this manipulation.
Have you a solution?
Thank you in advance.

Hi,
Did you try using the Reset.vi when first using the spectrum analyser ?

Hi Thibault,
Thank you for your answer.
What is the Reset.vi ?
If it is relative to LavView, I'm not using it.
I'm using the Spectrum Analyser thanks to LabWindows CVI 2012 passing though the driver.
But my problem is not about software (I think), I knew some device that they automatically started when we supply them.
Any ideas?

Hi Walkerp,
Sorry for the missunderstandig, the reset.vi is indeed usefull if you are using labview.
So you can forget about it if you are using CVI 😉
Do you have the references of the devices that power on automatically ?*
Regards,
Thibault

In fact, I'm using these same devices on the production lines.
But we open a new line with the same test condition and we are using the same Spectrum Analyser as before (Agilent N9320).
We didn't set up any configuration before to obtain the result waited.
The current firmware revision is: 0B.03.57 (2014, July 28th) on my device.
