If i start dìthe diagnostic routine .........it's say that there isn't

max,

If Windows is giving you an error code 10, here are couple of items to consider:

1.  There may be an incompatibility between the National Instruments Driver and the BIOS of your particular computer.  I found a couple of resources that address this specific issue  BIOS Problems when Installing AT-GPIB/TNT Boards and Why do my National Instruments PCI Devices Receive Error Code 10 in the Windows Device Manager?

2.  Update the driver.  Here is a link to GPIB Driver Versions for Microsoft Windows and DOS.

3.  If you are installing this device on a computer that is running Windows 95/98/2000, please read the following KnowledgeBase.

I also have some additional questions for you:

1.  What type of computer do you have?
2.  What is the operating system?
3.  Have you tried this on another computer, if so what were the results?
4.  Has this device ever worked, if so what has changed?
5.  Have you tried this device in a different ISA slot?

Would version 15.0 driver work with this card?

If not are there any newer NI products that I can purchase instead?

You'll want to purchase a more recent GPIB card with the interface for your PC and with the driver for your Windows OS.
