i-7565 USB DNET not detecting all DNET devices

hello,

I have a USB Devicenet device called ICP DAS I-7565 DNM. 

I have connected it to a machine that has 9 devices but it always only detects 6 of them, i tried it on several machines but still the same result. 

i also have a NI PCI and PXI 8461 cards that detect all 9 devices.

simplewho.exe also detected all 9 devices.

what could be wrong, how can i troubleshoot the USB device?

Hi freemason 

I wonder if the 3 devices not been detected are always the same, or if this is more lika a "maximum number of devices to detect" issue. Have you tried to remove some of the detected devices to see if another one is detected?

Maybe you can contact the manufacturer of the I-7565-DNM to confirm if all the 9 devices you are trying to detect are supported by it.

You can try to send explicit messages to the devices which cannot be scanned. And I would connect initially just one of those devices and  scan the network, or send explicit messages,

If the NI master card can see all devices, then I suspect that the configuration of the USB DNet master needs some changes.
