I've gone thru the manual (GettingStarted_Win_DP-Master_E.pdf).  I've got the Card in the PXI.  I've got it all working as a slave and a Siemens PLC (S7-315) as the Master, but I have a new project.  This new project no longer has the PLC, so I need the card to be the master.  I'm trying to use Configurator II (version 1.37.1).  I get to the part where you try to connect to the card.  Menu Online --> Driver Selection.  I click the VISA-Config. button, but my card doesn't pull up.  I can see it in MAX, but not in the Configurator II.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is this a windows PXI or a remote target? If it is a target make sure you enable the traget for Remote visa as described in the manual.

If it is a Windows PXI what is the VISA version installed? Make sur eyou use 4.6.2 or later.

I appreciate the response!  I missed that section of the manual.

However, It's still not working.  Although, my NI VISA is 4.4.1.  I believe I can hunt down 4.6.2 if you beleive that will make the difference.
