hi guys i am trying to connect Labview DSC to Delta PLC DVP-28SV by Modbus , but it's not working, could you help ?

Hi,

I think you have to tell a bit more then this one line.

What interface are you using ?

What error message do you get ?

With what MB command do you get the error ?

Did you try the MB loopback command ?

You are right .. Am using Rs232 interface for communating and am using USB to rs232 because I don't have RS232 in my laptop ..the error message is in the DSC of lab view about the serial com that is not available when trying to read the shared variable.. Thanks in advance

I don't know anything about the DCS module and shared variables. So cannot help with that. But,

Do you LabVIEW so you can try the COM example shipped with LabVIEW ?

Can you please let us know what the exact error you are receiving is?  Have you verified the functionality of your serial port (not using modbus)?  What exact plc are you trying to interface with?
