IEC 60870-104 Protocol using NI Toolkit

Hi

I found the labview toolkit for IEC 104 protocol implementation at C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2012\examples\IEC60870-5\General folder.

But I am still facing problem to use these vis because even context help is not much in detail.

so I am unable to know how to use these vis to set a communication between controlled station and controlling station for a simple read write operation.

Can any buddy guide that  which are the vi's should be used from the toolkit and what are the parameters need to be set for doing simple read and write operations.
