Hi PaulG,

Unfortunately, there is no simple method to remove items from this menu.  However, it can be done.

First, use the menu to find the Data Sheet eds number, so for example in your image it is 002E000200740206.eds.  That will be the file you'll be looking to remove from the datasheet folder.  After noting these numbers, please close completely out of LabVIEW.  You may choose to leave LabVIEW open during this procedure, but you will need to restart LabVIEW for the changes to take affect.

Please navigate to this location: <ProgramData>\National Instruments\NI-IndCom for DeviceNet\Datasheet.  ProgramData is a hidden folder on Windows, so you may need to change your settings to few hidden folders.  If you have questions on how to do this, please see this Microsoft Tutorial.  Remove (I suggest you cut them at first just in case) the eds files you no longer wish to have.  Start or restart LabVIEW and check to see if the items still exist.  Let me know if you have any issues or are successful!
