Hello：

Dose NI PXIe-5641R have DRAM ？

if it has,How many and How big?

why I could not got any clue on the NI PXIe-5641R specification?

Hello

The 5641R has one 128 MB of DRAM memory that is available to you from driver version 1.4 and up. In the project window if you right click on the FPGA Target you will have the following option:

A Memory Properties popup will appear when you select Memrory. In the Implementation option if you select DRAM, you will see all the options available to you. Please see the following image:

For more information please refer to the NI IF Transceivers Help. You can find this in the start menu under <National Instruments>\NI-5640R\Documentation\NI 5640R Help

In the help please refer to NI IF Transceivers Help >> Devices >> NI PXIe-5641R >> Configuring the Onboard DRAM Interface

This option is only available for LabVIEW FPGA.
