overwrite problem depend upon sample rate

i m working on a project in which i hv to find number of discontinuity in the circuit due to mechanical vibration. my VI is showing error when i m set sample rate at 1MS/s. it shows an error of overwrite buffer . i m attaching my VI also. please suggest me right way to resolve this problem.

Hi.

 

Perhaps you shoiul try a consumer/producer structure.

There are quite a lot of examples in this forum.
