Can a digitizer trigger a DMM?

Can I set up a PXI-5102 Digitizer to trigger a PXI-4060 DMM to acquire multiple measurements?  The Aux input of the PXI-4060 DMM is being used to communicate with the SCXI cards in my PXI-1050 chassis, so I need to trigger the PXI-4060 DMM in software.

Yes you can. You can route the trigger from the 5102 to the backplane and have the PXI 4060 triggered from that backplane trigger line.
