inspite of using run: matlab/regserver,hiq doesnt launch matlab.the registered version of matlab i use is 6.1 and hiq4.5

i have hiq 4.5 version and matlab 6.1 version in my windows xp system. hiq doesnt launch matlab even if i run the matlab.exe/regserver .
