HiQ 4.5 examples don't work

After installing HiQ 4.5 on Win2000 SP4 machine none of the examples work, most give error message
"Fatal error in line 1"

I got a same error.
I simply solved it by calling HiQ into the explorer
(c:\program files\National Instruments\HiQ\program)
This method seems magic.
After I can call HiQ by this shortcut and all scripts are OK.
Let me know if you get also success!
