SWITCH +DMM的问题

前不久在NI网站上有一个low_level_measurements_resource_kit。其中提到了SWTICH和DMM联用时的注意事项：在测量小的电压和电流时要在开关切换后等一段时间再测量才能测得准。
现在的问题是如何才能控制上述的动作？在自带的模块中好像都不能等待，一般是切换后马上测量，加不上时间。
不知道NI网站上的发布者是如何考虑此问题的？

How to Reduce Errors When Switching Low-Voltage or current Signals？

Recently NI website uploaded a "low_level_measurements_resource_kit", which said you should wait a few seconds after the relay is closed because these relays needs a constant current to be supplied to them in order to maintain a given state or positon.  But when you scan a list channels you can not add time-lapse after SWTICH action. In other words it is hard to wait a few senconds after relays action. I did not find this in LabVIEW examples also.

I'd like to know that how can I achieve what suggested in  low_level_measurements_resource_kit?
