May be some more information on when and how did you obtain that error could help.
I saw some cases of customers having error 2147220712 solved simply by repearing the DAQmx Driver's and Measurement & Automation Explorer's installation. To do that, open Control Panel >> Add Remove Programs >> National Instruments Software. Select the driver and click Repair; do the same thing for MAX.
Try in this way. if it doesn't work feel free to repost here.
