DAQmx and Ubuntu

Hi
I have installed Labview 8.6 under Intrepid Ibex (8.10) Ubuntu distribution
and then I have downloaded the DAQmx driver (DAQmx801f0.iso) from the national site and saved in my computer directory

At beginnin I had not suppllied the RPM files and Ubuntu installed DAQmx without errors but in the in the "programming palette ----> measurament I/O" I had not found any new icones.

I have been supplied the RPM files:
    sudo apt-get install rpm

and I have re-installed the drivers
    max@skynet:~/Scrivania/Documenti/linux/DAQmx801f0$ sudo ./INSTALL

Ubuntu say me:

Please Note: In a precedent installation attempt Ubuntu, while it was installing the RPM files, said me twice there was a "bad loop for" and then it aborted the installer.

Are there any people that have already coped with this problem? (and maybe solved)

all'inizio non avevo fornito gli RPM lui istallava lo stesso senza errori -diceva lui (Ubuntu diceva di aver istallato tutto perfettamente)- ma poi nella "palette" non trovavo le nuove opzioni.

ho fornito gli RPM:
    sudo apt-get install rpm

e ho reinstallato i driver

Ubuntu in una precedente prova mi diceva per due volte che c'erano dei "bad loop for"e mi abortiva l'istallazione.

qualcuno ha già affrontato (e magari risolto) questo problema?

come forse già saprai, non esiste supporto ufficiale da parte di National Instruments per la distribuzione Ubuntu.

La cosa migliore è quindi fare una ricerca all'interno dei forum: con una veloce ricerca ho ad esempio trovato questo post e quest'altro, che sembrano risolutivi.
