web ui works fine in subnet, but does not receive data from outside network

Hi,

I am using  web ui builder to build a demo. I can connected to my cfp2220 within the subnet, and the web ui works perfectly fine. When I use a outside network (eg, my friend's computer locates hundreds miles away), when I connect to the web UI through the web browser, I can get the frame/structure, i can see the empty text indicator, I can see my empty chart, but there is no data in it.

 

Does anyone know how I can fix this problem?

Hi,

 

I believe you have a service request open about this issue as well.  I just wanted to let you know I am currently working on the issue and will report back anything additional information.
