Compact fieldpont does not detect the input/output cards after an update

I updated a Compact Fieldpont 2200 software components using Labview 2009 SP1 to be able to execute my application. From this time time on, the fieldpoint is not able to detect their input/output modules. What could be the problem? Is there anyway to perform a hard reset in the compact fieldpoint to solve this issue? Otherway, how could i solve it?

Hi Ferre,

have you updated Field Point driver? Be concious that the very first version of FP driver which adds suppot for LabVIEW 2009 is 6.0.5. You can check in FP 6.0.5 readme linked below:

You can free download the newest versions of FP driver in this web page:

The first thing you have to do is to check the FP driver version you have currently installed in MAX >> Configuration >> My System >> Software.
