In the user statistsics page, one can find the following two entries:

What are "Reviews" and where can they be seen/posted?

Hi X.,

 

Reviews are a Lithium feature that allows users to write reviews on product pages. This is not a feature that we are currently using.

No, but unfortunately that is a component that is not configurable. Ideally, if a feature was not being used, it would not be displayed in the component. This is an idea request I can raise to Lithium.
