Software Licensing Questions

If I created a standard windows application (.exe installer) from LabView Student Edition (Which I have) or Professional (Which I am planning to purchase when graduated), can I sell my application without getting any legal problem?

I don't think the student edition includes the application builder.

Indeed, the Student Edition is equivalent to the "Full" edition, which does not include the Application Builder. Also, the Student Edition is available to students, faculty, and staff for personal educational use only.
