Possible bug with forums/google chrome

When I go into a thread and try to press reply on the latest post, it won't let me. The cursor doesn't change to the pointer finger, it just stays as the standard arrow (I'm sure these have actual names, I just dont know them!). However, if there is only one post in the thread, I can press reply. 

 

It seems this is only happening with chrome; I couldn't reproduce the behavior with IE. I will try a reboot in a bit and post back, but I was wondering if anyone that uses chrome could confirm this behavior?

Ok, problem's gone...not really sure what happened or fixed it. I'll attribute it to Windows...
