Oh development team! Jordan! My Registered Products went away. This is not good. Service Request Manager is linked to My Products. On-Line Training is linked to My Products. I was able to re-register my software but I shopuld not have had to.........Something went terribly wrong with a recient update.

That's all I needed to hear. Like I said, I was able to re-register My Product. The next guy might not be too happy nor nearly as briliant as I when he tries to access training or the SRM.
