I saw a comment in an Idea Exchange thread recently. It stated that although the thread was marked as a duplicate, it was still possible to add kudoes to it. That seems different than the way it had been.
Was there a change that now allows kudoes for duplicate ideas when it was not allowed before?

You can also give kudos to already implemented, declined, and completed ideas
I also remember that it was not possible before to kudos ideas that were marked completed, but... well, why not be more generous...

Actually, it was not possible to give kudoes to Declined ideas. I had checked that one. I had not checked for Completed or Already Implement ideas.
But checking everything now, I can't give kudoes to any of those, so it seems that the setting may have been returned to its previous state.
