Google Chrome: Broken "Post a Comment" box in the Idea Exchange

Hi,

I'm using Google Chrome (Version 26.0.1410.64 m) on Windows 7 32-bit. Most of the features in the "Post a Comment" box in the Idea Exchange isn't working for me:

• Clicking "Quote" will make the screen jump back to the top, instead of inserting a quote
• Clicking "Rich Text", "HTML" or "Preview" will ERASE what I've typed!

In contrast, the "Post Message" (Reply) box works properly in the 'regular' forums. Also, the Idea Exchange works fine in Internet Explorer 10.

Looks like my issue was caused by the Disconnect Chrome extension. Disabling the extension solved my issue.
