Feedback on NI Discussion Forums

Those little boxes next to your user name, the ones that indicate how active you are on the NI Forums...  what are the color codes for them?  Also, when do you go from being just a "Member" to some title that will make you feel much more specialer?

Cuz these things are important at 2:18 on a Thursday afternoon, when work is dragging a bit...
