Hello,
I had a problem in my LabVIEW application (mainly regarding is it possible to achieve the goals using the implemented approach). I emailed the project code and query using "My Support Services -> Email an Engineer -> Request Support". The application engineer replied promptly asking about some further details. I replied him, but its been almost a week i haven't heard about it. My basic concern is that what you usually do with "No Contracts Support Email". If the problem is not solved/entertained, is the customer informed? How are the emails handled?

I personally don't have an active service program but did you try the "Service Request Manager" under the My Support Services. The help tip indicates you can access service request status among other actions.
