There is currently no easy way to see the ratings. To see if an answer has been rated, the current method is to go to View My Activity >> My Profile, display all your answers, and then view each of your answers to see which ones have been rated. We have put in an enhancement request to have the profile page to display additional information, including the ratings received for a particular answer post. I don't know if the list can be sorted by rating date, but that is something we'll investigate. Thanks for your suggestion!
