No new discussions

A while back I had a problem with all of the messages in the discussion forum being old. The link is:

This problem appears to have reared its head again. This time the forum just stopped working late last week (the latest posts that I can see are dated 2/12).

Any ideas what may be causing this?

It appears that by posting a question in the forum in which I am interested it begins to work.

Actually I answered this question too quickly earlier. If I post a question in a forum then I can see all of the current questions, but only until I leave that forum. When I return, the latest one is 2/12.
