Once you post a question, you won't be able to add additional comments or information to the question. However, you can add information about the situation by "answering" your question and adding to the discussion thread. The drawback for doing it that way is that it may appear to others as the question has already been answered (it will show up in the answered category). If your question has not been answered for a substantial amount of time (as it looks to be the case for the only other question you posted), you might want to try reposting the question and perhaps include a link back to your original question. That way you might be able to get your question back on the radar screen of the NI support engineers monitoring that category or members of the co
mmunity that subscribe to that category.
