FOUNDATION Fieldbus

Hello,

I am new to Fieldbus and could use some help getting started. I am having trouble seeing my device in the NI Configurator software. I have Communications manager running and it looks like I can see my NI USB-8486 adapter but I cannot see the device on the other side of the adapter.

I have attached a Word doc with some screen shots.

Hi,

Please get a termination and try again.

It seems that the device isn't powered on correctly.

You were correct, thank you. Once I added the Relcom FCS-PH-CC Terminator/Power Supply it worked.
