Problem: Some devices are detected, some are NOT detected.

Dear Sirs,

We are running NI-FBUS Configurator Ver 3.2.1 with PCMCIA-FBUS.

There are three field devices on the only segment, i.e. Rosemount 644, Rosemount 3051 and Fisher DVC6200f.

The power supply goes to the segment through the power hub and power conditioner.

The LCDs on Rosemount transmitters are showing the information properly as below. 

    

However, the NI-FBUS Configurator only show Fisher DVC6200f and their Blocks.

Those two rosemount transmitters are missing!

I do appreciate if somebody is kindly able to advise the solutions!

Hi aarontseng,

Please refer to the Configurator Manual - Appendix B Troubleshooting and Common Questions.

Page 109 has many suggestions on issues like "A device does not appear in the configuration tree.", "The device does not show up in the NI-FBUS Configurator", etc. 

Please first see if those could work for you.

FYI, the latest version of NI-FBUS is 14.0. You can upgrade to it for free if you have a valid license for any older versions.
