NI-FBUS Configurator Export Not Working

NI-FBUS Configurator 4.0.1

After connecting to a transmitter properly, the export feature is not working properly. I've attached a screenshot, which shows by right clicking on 'Interface' and going to 'Export Parameters', it will give you the save as feature.

However when I try that on the 'Orion Instruments Jup' transmitter or any of it's blocks, it does absolutely nothing.

No errors are being shown.

Our parent company has the same setup but they do not seem to be having this issue.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Chris,

If your parent company which has the same setup does not have the same issue, I think you can check by those comparison setups first.

You can check DD file version, set up, node address, device state, etc.

I have tried this on our latest version NI-FBUS 14.0, it works fine on a random H1 device.

You can upgrade to 15.0 for free using your original valid SN to activate the new version.

typo - you can upgrade to 14.0 and later for free, using the same valid SN for you previous versions.
