how can i produce a waterfall or spectrogram using LabWindows?

The LabVIEW Sound and Vibration toolset does include a set of routines for plotting data on a waterfall display, however I'm not aware of any equivalent functionality in LabWindows. There may be other comercially available libraries that you could integrate into your LabWindows project. You could also use the existing 2D and 3D graphs in LabWindows and format the data yourself.
