I attach a VI that performs data acquisition on 3 channels of a NI-4472 with ICP enabled (on these 3 channels).
This VI shows how to acquire time domain signal continuously on these 3 channels.
The Sound and Vibration Toolset VIs will allow you to compute levels on these signals (Note that the Sound and Vibration VI's will be able to operate on an array of waveforms, so that you only have to connect one VI after the "AI Read")
