Sounds and Vibration Suite needs Time(x) Spectrogram.

Folks,

Sound and vibration suite is aparently missing a time based spectrogram. 

This could be easiy made by allowing Spectral map to take time as a "speed profile" input. 

Any suggestions for getting that to work?

Or any alternate that will allow me to view spectrograms from microphones and acceleromoters on my USB-4431 w/o reimplementing signal express in LabView proper.

Are you using features of the Sound and Vibration Assistant other than DAQmx Acquire and Spectral Map? The Spectral Map Step in the Sound and Vibration Assistant requires speed profile. However, the Spectral Map Express VI in LabVIEW ignores the speed profile input if the plot mode is 'Frequency-Time' or 'Time-Frequency'.

You can drop a Tachometer Processing Step to create a dummy speed profile. It is an extra step, but you won't have to wait.
